In our lives, we as women have been taught how to behave and how to think using social conditioning from our parents, family, friends, teachers and peers. These beliefs were often detrimental to us. FET is designed to examine and restructure these habitual ways of thinking in a systemic manner to empower new behaviors and more decisive actions. Marcy designed FET and it is continuing to evolve currently.
